风动增压装置在陈四楼煤矿的应用

         

摘要

巷道掘进使用的单体支柱、锚杆机等设备都会使用井下压力水,但随着巷道的延伸,压力水由于受到局部阻力和沿程阻力等的作用使工作面迎头的水压变小,不能满足正常的生产需要。风动增压装置能使工作面压力水的水压增至8MPa,使单体柱快速达到初撑力,缩短空顶时间,积极发挥临时支护装置的作用,为长距离工作面巷道的快速掘进提供依据。%Monomer column and bolting machine would use the downhole pressure water in roadway excavation,but with the extension of roadway,the working face of pressure water’s hydraulic becomes smaller because of local resistance and frictional resistance,which can’t meet the needs of normal pro-duction. Pneumatic supercharging device can make the working face water pressure to 8MPa,the monomer column quickly reach to setting load,which shorten the empty-support time and play the role of temporary supporting device,this is the basis for roadway rapid excavation of long distance working face.
