水峪煤业主斜井带式输送机盘式制动器改造应用研究

摘要

In order to ensure the safe operation of main shaft belt conveyor, on the basis of analyzing the existing disc brake pump and electric control device and the existing problems, combined with Shuiyu Coal Mine Inclined Belt Conveyor's parameters and the actual operating conditions, put forward the advanced reconstruction scheme for the pump station of the conveyor of disc brake main shaft that used N+1 circuit braking system, instantaneous working system, and made the transformation with the electronic control device together. By the transformation of the system, and ensure safe and stable operation.%为了保证主斜井带式输送的安全运行，在充分分析现有盘式制动泵站和电控装置存在问题的基础上，结合水峪煤业主斜井带式输送的参数及实际运行工况，提出主斜井带式输送机盘式制动器泵站为N+1回路制动系统、瞬时工作制等先进改造方案，并对电控装置一并改造。通过改造保证系统安全可靠稳定运行。
