塔山煤矿大断面错车巷道的设计与快速施工实践

         

摘要

为了进一步提高大断面错车巷道的施工速度,基于分析围岩地质条件的基础上,对错车巷道的断面及支护进行设计,并经综合比较后选择台阶法施工,实践表明:台阶法施工错车巷道,能有效提高巷道的掘进速度,且在煤层结构复杂的条件下,能有效控制巷道围岩变形,避免了分次成巷对顶板的应力扰动影响,取得了显著的技术经济效益。%In order to further improve the construction speed of the meeting roadway with large cross section, based on the analysis of the geological conditions of surrounding rock, after comprehensive comparison, the meeting roadway section and support was designed,the step construction method was selected. The practice shows that the step construction, can effectively improve the speed of roadway driving, and under the conditions of coal seam structure of the complex, can effectively control the surrounding rock deformation and avoid the roof stress disturbance, and achieved the remarkable technical and economic beneifts.
