煤矿防治水安全保障体系的创建与应用研究

摘要

水害防治是煤矿安全工作的重点。为了加强对水害防治工作的研究，必须结合煤矿水害发生的原因，建立科学的煤矿防治水安全体系。本文结合煤矿水害的基本特点，简要分析了水害事故发生的原因，探讨了防治水安全保障体系的创建和应用。%The water prevention is the focus of coal mine safety work. In order to strengthen the research on the prevention and control of water disasters, must be combined with the causes of coal mine water disaster, establish scientific prevention and control of mine water security system, combined the basic characteristics of mine water, the causes of water inrush accidents was briefly analyzed, the establishment and application of coal mine water safety guarantee system was discussed.
