王家岭煤矿瓦斯抽采系统改造探讨

摘要

Because of the increase of mining depth and intensity, the existing gas extraction system can’t meet the requirements of safety production in wangjialing coal mine. The transformation add the drainage of coal seam, the gob area extraction, the mining gob gas extraction methods; add a gas drainage system, new drainage system and the existing pumping system is relatively independent, which formed the high and low negative pressure drainage system;the existing gas pump station expanded as the new gas pumping station.%王家岭煤矿由于开采深度、开采强度增加，现有瓦斯抽采系统不能满足安全生产要求，对煤矿瓦斯抽采系统进行改造十分必要。本次改造新增本煤层预抽、回采工作面采空区抽采、矿井采空区瓦斯抽采方法；新增一套瓦斯抽采系统，新增抽采系统与已有抽采系统相对独立，形成高低负压抽采系统；瓦斯泵站利用现有瓦斯泵站扩建。
