无压风门在王家岭煤矿通风系统中的应用

摘要

The non-pressure air door is suitable for modern mines with large section of underground mine roadway. Because the pressurized air system of mine is perfect and reliable, the pneumatic automatic switch air door should be preferred in the roadways of frequent pedestrians and traffic. The non-pressure air door can meet the inverted ventilation demand of mine, also save manpower, money and materials for coal mining enterprises, and thus is an important way to realize intrinsically safe mines. This paper described the general situation of the use of the air door in Wangjialing Coal Mine, and analyzed the working principle of the non-pressure air door and its application in the ventilation system of Wangjialing Coal Mine.%无压风门适用于井下巷道断面较大的现代化矿井,因矿井压风系统完善可靠,在行人通车频繁的巷道应优先选用气动式自动开关风门,且无压风门既能满足矿井反风的需要,也给煤矿企业节约了人、财、物,是实现本质安全型矿井的重要途径.叙述了王家岭煤矿风门使用概况,分析了无压风门的工作原理及其在王家岭煤矿通风系统中的应用.
