阐述了电解法生产工业过硫酸铵过程中存在的火灾、爆炸、中毒、触电等危险因素。分析了工业过硫酸铵生产的原料储存、电解工段、配料工段、通氨除杂工段、结晶工段、烘干工段以及成品储存中存在的危险性，并制定了相应的预防及处理措施。%An explanation including firing, exploding, poisoning, electric shocking and other risked factors while producing industrial grade ammonium persulfate. Analyzed the risks existed in the procession of producing industrial grade ammonium persulfate such as raw materials storage, electrolysis stage, mixing stage, moving impurity and pass -by ammonium stage. Crystallization stage, drying stage and finished products storage, moreover worked out the related regulations for prevention and treatment.
