原子荧光光谱法测定餐具洗涤剂中的砷

         

摘要

The method for determination of arsenic in dish washing detergents by atomic florescence spectrometry was established. The experimental conditions were investigated and optimized,including negative high-voltage,lamp current, flow rate of carrier gas,flow rate of shielding gas,concentration of thiourea and ascorbic acid,concentration of the carrier medium,concentration of sodium borohydride. The linear range of the method was 0 ~ 10. 0ng/mL with correlation coefficient of 0. 9998. The detection limit was 0. 05ng/mL. The relative standard deviation was 0. 54% ~1. 87%. The recoveries of the method were from 96. 77% to 99. 63%. This method hassimple operation,high sensitivity,lower detection lim it and good repeatability,that could be applied to determination arsenic in dish washing detergents.%建立了原子荧光光谱法测定餐具洗涤剂中砷的方法,并对负高压、灯电流、载气流量、屏蔽气流量、硫脲与抗坏血酸浓度、载流介质浓度、硼氢化钾浓度等作了研究并予以优化。方法的线性范围为0.0~10.0ng /mL,相关系数为0.9998,检出限为0.05ng/mL,相对标准偏差在0.54%~1.87%之间,试样加标回收率在96.77%~99.63%之间。方法操作简便、灵敏度高、检出限低、重复性和再现性好,完全适用于餐具洗涤剂中砷的检测。
