酸碱中和滴定法测定磷铁中磷的方法讨论

摘要

本文对酸碱中和滴定法测定磷铁中的磷的主要条件及效果进行试验，采用酸溶-碱回收的方法溶解试料，磷钼酸铵沉淀后酸碱滴定法测定磷含量。对试样分解条件、沉淀条件、过滤条件等进行了分析和讨论，并进行了实际样品的验证试验，试验结果表明该方法测定的灵敏度、准确度、精密度均能满足磷铁中磷的日常检验分析的要求。%This paper introduces main conditions and effects of determination of w( P)in ferrophosphorus with acid-base neutralization titration method. The method is to adopt acid dissolve and alkali recycle to resolve the samples,after the precipitate of ammonium molybdophosphate,determine the w( P)with acid -base neutralization titration. The optimal resolve condition,precipitate and filter condition are choosed and the detemination of actual samples are carried out under the optimal conditions. The results show that this method has good accuracy and precision and is efficient to meet the requirement of daily analysis.
