危险化学品登记存在的问题及建议

摘要

The registration of hazardous chemicals is the basic measures of the state management of dangerous chemicals,is the foundation to establish the emergency network of chemical accidents,is the core and effective means of protecting environment and promoting China's chemical management system in line with international standards. This article through to the latest release of“Measures for Administration of Registration of Hazardous Chemicals ”and“ Regulations on Safety management of Hazardous Chemicals”to carry on the analysis discussion,are summarized on the existing problems in the process of the registration of hazardous chemicals,the registration of hazardous chemicals enterprises hope to play a guiding role.%危险化学品登记是国家管理危险化学品的基本措施，是建立化学事故应急网络的基础，是保护环境和促进我国化学品管理体系与国际接轨的核心和有效手段。文章通过对新发布的《危险化学品登记管理办法》和《危险化学品安全管理条例》进行分析探讨，对目前危险化学品登记过程中存在的问题进行汇总归纳，希望对企业的危险化学品登记起到一定的指导作用。
