基于分步诱导和互动讨论的铁碳合金相图教学实践

         

摘要

In order to establish an efficient teaching mode,step by step induction and interactive discussion were introduced into the teaching practice on the iron-carbon alloy phase diagram.The problem,why studying the phase diagram,was first solved.The application of the iron-carbon alloy phase diagram in the preparation of powder metallurgy materials was given as an example.This stimulates the interest of students in learning.The interactive discussion was executed after the students were asked to observing the phase diagram and raising some questions.When a teacher was explaining an issue,the students must have recorded the important data.Next,the students were asked to retell the significance of the data,to draw the phase diagram and to deduce phase structures.This helps students to understand and memory the phase diagram.The method realizes such an integration with basic knowledge of phase diagrams,drawing skills of the iron carbon alloy phase diagram and evolution rules of phase structure.%为了建立高效的教学结构模式,将分步诱导和互动讨论方法引入铁碳合金相图教学实践中.首先解决为什么学习相图的问题,再以相图在粉末冶金材料制备中的经典妙用作铺垫,诱导学生的学习兴趣.互动讨论方式建立在让学生观察相图、提出问题的基础上,教师围绕问题讲解,让学生记录重要数据,并复述重要数据表达的意义,绘制相图、推导组织,实现理解记忆.这是一种将相图基础知识、铁碳合金相图绘制技巧、组织演变规律融合在一起高效教学方法.
