黄芪多糖对小鼠免疫功能影响的研究

摘要

将40只小鼠随机分为正常对照组、氢化可的松(HC)致免疫功能低下组,正常黄芪多糖组,HC加黄芪多糖组.对照组注射生理盐水0.8 mL/只,实验组注射黄芪多糖0.8 mL/只,连续注射7~14 d.检测到黄芪多糖显著增加小鼠淋巴细胞转化率、溶血素生成、胸腺和脾脏重量,表明黄芪多糖可显著提高小鼠免疫力.%40 mice were randomly divided into normal control group,hydrocortisone (HC) induced by low immune function group,normal group HC plus astragalus polysaccharides,astragalus polysaccharide group.The control group was injected with saline 0.8mL/,the experimental group was injected with Astragalus Polysaccharide 0.8mL/,continuous injection 7 to 14 days.Detection of Astragalus Polysaccharide significantly increase the lymphocyte transformation rate,hemolysin,weight of thymus and spleen,showed that Astragalus polysaccharide can significantly improve the immune system of mice.
