磷石膏直接制备改性碳酸钙的方法研究

         

摘要

With the rapid development of Chinese phosphatic compound fertilizer industry, phosphogypsum emissions increased exponentially, the storage not only takes up a lot of land, but also seriously pollute the environment, comprehensive treatment of phosphogypsum has become the imminent problems of environmental protection and safety. The research method of using phosphogypsum directly preparing modified calcium carbonate, the method of using phosphorus gypsum and ammonium bicarbonate as the starting material in aqueous solution containing methanol as the solvent, the direct preparation of modified calcium carbonate, not only the reaction conversion rate, and the water solution containing methanol modified calcium carbonate.%随着中国磷复肥工业的迅猛发展,磷石膏的排放成倍增加,其堆存不仅占用大量土地,而且严重污染环境,磷石膏的综合处理已成为迫在眉睫的环保和安全问题.本研究利用磷石膏直接制备改性碳酸钙的方法,该方法以磷石膏和碳铵为起始原料,其以含甲醇水溶液作为反应溶剂,直接制备改性碳酸钙,不仅反应转化率,而且含甲醇水溶液可以改性碳酸钙.
