以5个甘薯品种无菌试管苗为试材,将其在NaCl浓度为0、50、100、150、200 mmol/L的MS培养基上进行培养,20 d后测定各品种植株的干重、鲜重以及SOD活性.结果表明:随NaCl浓度增大,各品种盐害程度明显加大,生长发育明显变缓;NaCl浓度为50 mmol/L时,5个品种的SOD活性都有所上升,之后随盐浓度增加分别呈现不同程度的下降;5个品种中济徐23耐盐性较强,济薯18、济黑薯1号耐盐性较差,济薯06210、徐薯18居中.%In order to screen sweet potato varieties with salt tolerance, the trial was carried out with five varieties cultured on the MS medium with 0, 50 mmol/L, 100 mmol/L, 150 mmol/L, 200 mmol/L NaCl respectively for 20 days, and then the fresh and dry weight of plants and SOD activity were investigated. The results showed that the salt injury index of different sweet potato cultivars increased significantly with the increase of NaCl concentration, and the sweet potato growth was significantly slowed. The SOD activity in 5 varieties increased under 50 mmol/L NaCl, and then reduced differently with the increase of NaCl concentration. According to these results, Jixu 23 had the highest salt tolerance; Jishu 18 and Jiheishu 1 had the worst salt tolerance; the salt tolerance of Jishu 06210 and Xushu 18 was in the middle.
