转DREB基因小麦新品系抗旱生理指标测定

     

摘要

The application of the dehydration responsive element binding protein ( DREB) genes lays the important foundation for breeding new transgenic wheat varieties with drought tolerance. In this article,the pro-line and soluble sugar were extracted and determined from the flag leaves of six new transgenic wheat lines with GmDERBl gene and GhDERB gene cultivated in both non - irrigated plot and irrigated plot. The results showed that, compared with the receptor varieties, the contents of proline and soluble sugar in transgenic wheat flag leaves increased. It proved that the introduction of drought induced transcription factor genes could improve the drought tolerance of receptor wheat varieties.%脱水应答元件结合蛋白(DREB)基因的应用,为培育抗旱转基因小麦新品种奠定了重要基础.本试验对在旱地和水地上种植的6个转GmDREB1和GhDREB基因的转基因小麦新品系旗叶中可溶性糖和脯氨酸进行了提取与测定,结果显示转基因小麦新品系旗叶中的可溶性糖及脯氨酸含量较其受体品种有所提高,证明抗旱转录因子基因的导入可提高受体小麦品种的抗旱性.
