Breeding peanut cultivars suitable for planting in saline and alkaline soils may help alleviate edible oil shortage in China.Thus,the peanut planting test in saline and alkaline fields was conducted.The results demonstrated that interspecific hybridization and chemical mutagenesis were the most effective ways for germplasm enhancement of peanut with salt -and alkali -tolerance.Sixty -nine salt -and alkali -tolerant peanut varieties were tentatively identified from 1 26 cultivars/lines.Eleven promising cultivars/lines,inclu-ding Huayu 961 0,Huayu 961 7,Huayu 961 2,Huayu 31 ,Huayu 961 1 ,Huayu 57,Huayu 40,Huayu 961 4, Huayu 961 3,STM-2 and Yuanza 91 02,performed better under stressed and unstressed conditions,so they would be hopefully used in commercial production after further evaluation.%培育耐盐碱花生品种,有助于缓解我国食用油供需不足的矛盾,为此开展了盐碱地花生种植鉴定试验。结果表明,种间杂交和化学诱变是创制花生耐盐碱种质的有效手段;126个参试花生品种(系)有69个耐盐碱,其中,花育9610、花育9617、花育9612、花育31号、花育9611、花育57、花育40号、花育9614、花育9613、STM-2、远杂9102共11个品种(系)在盐碱地和高产地块均表现较好,经进一步鉴定后有望供生产上应用。
