中国家庭农场的功能和实施原则研究

摘要

The agriculture properties and family farm characteristics were combined with the new de-mands of economic and social development for agriculture,rural areas and farmers in China.The era func-tions,which family farms in China should have in the early 21 st century,were deeply researched.Then the implementation principles,which should be followed to promote the family farm functions to achieve,were fur-ther analyzed.It was expected to provide references for policy -makers and let policy tools effectively promote the realization of era functions of family farms.%结合农业属性和家庭农场特性及中国经济与社会发展对农业、农村、农民的新需求，深入剖析了中国家庭农场在21世纪前期应该具备的时代功能，并进一步分析了促进家庭农场功能实现而应遵循的实施原则，以期为政策制定者提供参考，让政策工具有效促进家庭农场时代功能的实现。
