土地利用空间优化配置研究进展

摘要

Spatial optimization allocation of land use , one of the hot issues , means quality , quantity and spatial position of land elements in regional space .In this paper , the concepts , theoretical system and general process of spatial optimization allocation of land use were summarized based on the latest research results at home and abroad .The methods and models of spatial optimization allocation of land use were the key explaina -tion, and the advantages and disadvantages of the methods were analyzed from theoretical principles , model building, algorithm optimization and combination with GIS spatial analysis module .Finally, the prospect of spatial optimization allocation of land use was put forward .It could be improved from perfecting theories , a-meliorating a single model or an algorithm , and optimizing the conversion rules .%土地利用空间优化配置是指土地要素在地域空间上的定性、定量和定位，是目前的研究热点之一。本文依据国内外土地利用空间优化研究的最新成果，概述了土地利用空间优化的概念、理论体系及一般流程；重点阐述了土地利用空间优化配置的方法与模型，从理论原则、模型构建、算法优化、与GIS空间分析模块结合四个角度分析了各种土地利用空间优化配置方法的优缺点；最后提出土地利用空间优化配置的展望，认为土地利用空间优化仍可从理论完善、单个模型或算法的改进、转换规则的优化等几个方面进行提高。
