Using Hua 130B as donor of rice blast resistance genes and Shengdao 15 as recipient,ten lines including four lines with Pi1 gene,three lines with Pi2 gene and three double gene -pyramided lines were developed by back -cross breeding with molecular marker -assisted selection,and these lines showed desirable agronomic traits in the field.The natural evaluation results of rice blast resistance in field showed that the disease resistance grade of single gene lines and double gene -pyramided lines were 3 and 1 respec-tively,showing high resistance.The resistance grade of Shengdao 15 was 7,so it was highly susceptible.This research indicated that breeding of Pi1 and Pi2 using molecular marker -assisted selection could significantly improve the resistance to rice blast,and it also showed that the resistance of double gene -pyramided lines was significantly better than that of single gene lines.%以华130B 为稻瘟病抗性基因的供体、圣稻15为受体,通过回交转育结合分子标记辅助选择,选育出综合性状优良的 Pi1单基因株系4个、Pi2单基因株系3个、Pi1和 Pi2双基因聚合系3个。稻瘟病田间抗性自然鉴定结果表明,单基因系抗级为3级,表现为中抗;双基因聚合系抗级为1级,表现为高抗;而对照圣稻15抗级为7级,表现为高感。说明通过分子标记辅助选择转育 Pi1和 Pi2基因能显著提高水稻稻瘟病抗性,同时表明双基因聚合系抗性明显好于单基因系。
