烟台地区小麦纹枯病发生规律研究

         

摘要

In order to clarify the occurrence regularity of wheat sharp eyespot in Yantai area,the occurrence of wheat sharp eyespot at different growth stages in field was investigated using the five point sampling method,and the resistance of different varieties to wheat sharp eyespot was identified by preliminarily confirming the relationship between disease occurrence and meteorological factor.The results showed that the wheat sharp eyespot were detected during all the growth stages of wheat from wintering period in 9 counties of Yantai area.The incidence at peak stage was 60.63% to 81.28%.The incidence was the highest in Laizhou and the lowest in Longkou.The wheat sharp eyespot could be found from seedling stage to maturity stage in Yantai area,which was closely related to temperature,rainfall and humidity.In 31 wheat varieties,there were no immune,high resistance and medium resistant varieties,9 moderately susceptible varieties,and 22 high susceptible varieties.%为明确烟台地区小麦纹枯病发生规律,采用五点取样法,对烟台各县(市、区)小麦不同生长期纹枯病的发生情况进行田间调查,确定该病害在烟台不同地区的发生情况;初步确定烟台地区小麦纹枯病的发生与气象因素的关系,确定不同品种小麦对纹枯病的抗性.结果表明,烟台市9个县(市、区)监测点小麦从越冬期开始各生长期均有纹枯病发生,发病高峰期病株率在60.63% ~ 81.28%之间,莱州病株率最高,龙口病株率最低;烟台地区小麦苗期至成熟期均有纹枯病发生,与温度、降雨和湿度密切相关;调查的31个小麦品种中,无免疫、高抗和中抗品种,有9个中感品种,22个高感品种.
