旱稻种质资源的耐盐性鉴定评价

     

摘要

旱稻具有耐干旱、耐贫瘠、适应性广等特点.笔者广泛收集早稻资源,并通过提纯复壮,筛选到2个早稻品系(农旱1号和农旱2号).本研究对适于山东种植的焦旱1号、鲲旱1号和提纯复壮的2个早稻品系进行发芽期、苗期耐盐性鉴定.结果表明,鲲旱1号在2% NaCl溶液以及不同盐度的海水中种子发芽率最高,其次是焦旱1号;当早稻苗在7‰海水中生长15 d时,鲲旱1号的死叶率最低,其次是焦旱1号.总之鲲旱1号发芽期、苗期耐盐能力较强,属于较耐盐的早稻材料,具有在黄河三角洲盐碱地种植推广的潜力.%Upland rice has many advantages such as drought resistance,barren tolerance and wide adaptability.The upland rice germplasm resources were widely collected.Then 2 lines,named as Nonghan 1 and Nonghan 2,were obtained after purified and rejuvenated.The salinity tolerances of Jiaohan 1 and Kunhan 1,which were suitable to be planted in Shandong,and Nonghan 1 and Nonghan 2 were identified at germination and seedling stages.The results were as followed.When treated with 2% NaCl solution or different salinity concentrations of sea water,the seed germination rate of Kunhan 1 was the highest.Second was Jiaohan 1.When grown in 7‰‰ sea water for 15 days,the leaf dead rate of Kunhan 1 was the lowest.Second was Jiaohan 1,too.In a word,Kunhan 1 had stronger salinity tolerance at germination and seedling stages,belonged to relatively strong salinity-tolerance upland rice,and had the potential to plant and popularize in the saline-alkali land in the Yellow River Delta.
