烟台地方黄瓜种质资源耐弱光能力鉴定

     

摘要

Ten local cucumber resources in Yantai with good comprehensive characters were treated with weak light at the seedling stage,then their growth indexes and the protective enzyme activity were analyzed to identify the weak light tolerance.The results showed that under the weak light stress,the plant height,stem diameter,plant height/stem diameter,specific leaf area and dry weight of cucumber germplasm resources Hy910 and Qx1018 had not significant difference with those in normal condition.While their POD and PPO activities were significantly higher than those in normal condition.The SOD activity of cucumber germplasm Qx1018 was significantly lower than that in normal condition.Comprehensive comparison showed that the cucumber germplasms Hy910 and Qx1018 were not sensitive to weak light stress.As a result,they had,to some extent,weak light tolerance and could be used as good weak light tolerant cucumber germplasm resources.%以综合性状优良的10份烟台地方黄瓜种质资源为材料,在苗期进行弱光处理,以不遮光处理为对照,对其苗期生长指标和保护酶活性进行分析,鉴定种质资源的耐弱光性.结果表明,在弱光条件下种质资源Hy910和Qx1018的株高、株高/茎粗、比叶面积、茎粗、干重与对照植株差异均不显著,但二者过氧化物酶(POD)活性和多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性显著高于对照植株.Qx1018的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著低于对照植株.综合比较可得,Hy910和Qx1018对弱光不是很敏感,具有一定的耐弱光性,是良好的耐弱光种质资源.
