盐胁迫对不同西瓜品种幼苗生长和生理指标的影响

摘要

本试验采用浇灌NaCl溶液方式,比较研究21个西瓜品种幼苗的耐盐性.结果表明:盐胁迫不同程度地抑制供试西瓜品种幼苗的株高、茎粗和地上部干重;通过多项生长和生理指标的综合隶属函数法分析,可将21个西瓜品种分为3类,其中丰收567、新三号、中原绿巨丰、豫农3号、超越者为耐盐性较强品种,山农1号、高抗八、祥研极品、超甜赞美、丽都皇妃、特早新星、翔发二号、西瓜4、西瓜9、中原黑巨丰、山农2号为耐盐性一般品种,抗丰三、春纪2号、先行者、双星世佳、超纯特大京欣为耐盐性较弱品种.%With the irrigation method of NaC1 solution,the salt tolerance of 21 watermelon varieties were compared and researched in this experiment.The results indicated that the salt stress inhibited the seedlings' plant height,stem diameter and shoot dry weight at different degrees.Using comprehensive membership function method,we classified 21 watermelon varieties into three types,including the high-salt-tolerance varieties Fengshou 567,Xin 3,Zhongyuan Lüijufeng,Yunong 3 and Chaoyuezhe,the medium-salt-tolerance varieties Shannong 1,Gaokang 8,Xiangyanjipin,Chaotianzanmei,Liduhuangfei,Tezao Xinxing,Xiangfa 2,Xigua 4,Xigua 9,Zhongyuan Heijufeng and Shannong 2,and the salt-sensitive varieties Kangfeng 3,Chunji 2,Xianxingzhe,Shuangxingshijia and Chaochun Teda Jingxin.
