随着农业灌溉用水逐年增加, 且灌溉水利用率较低, 新疆昌吉滨湖镇多个地区出现水资源缺乏问题, 地下水位持续降低, 对当地经济社会的可持续发展造成严重威胁.对此, 该镇实施标准农业开发工程, 以提高灌溉效益和农民收入.项目采取水利、农业、林业多项措施, 改造中低产田1.0万亩.通过经济评价表明, 该项目经济效益良好, 可以实施推广.该工程提供的成功经验也可为同类项目提供借鉴参考.%With the water-used increase of agriculture irrigation and the low utilization rate of irrigation water, there are many districts that the water resources shortage is and the groundwater level is continuously decrease in Binhu Town of Changji in Xinjian, which pose a serious threat to the sustainable development of local society. Therefore, the town implements standard agricultural development projects to improve irrigation efficiency and farmers' income. The project adopts a number of measures such as water conservancy, agriculture and forestry, and transforms 100, 000 mu of medium and low yield fields. The economic evaluation shows that the project has good economic benefits and can be implemented, and the successful experience provided by the project can also be referred by other projects.
