颈动脉内支架成形术在缺血性脑卒中患者二级预防中的疗效观察

摘要

目的:探讨颈动脉内支架成形术治疗颈动脉狭窄预防缺血性脑卒中的疗效.方法:介绍36例症状性颈动脉狭窄患者支架置入的方法和围手术期的管理.结果:颈动脉支架成形术成功率100%,术后随访3-6年,无颈动脉支架置入后再狭窄的发生,无脑缺血症状,无脑梗死发生.结论:颈动脉内支架成形术是治疗颈动脉狭窄有效、安全的方法,有效地预防了缺血性脑卒中的发生.%Objective: To explore the effect of stent placement for carotid stenosis to prevent ischemic stroke. Methods: We summarized the operative methods,peri-operative management of 36 patients with symptomatic carotid stenosis. Results: The successful rate of stent placement was 100％. During the follow-up 3-6 years ,there was no re-carotid stenosis ,no ischemic syndrome , no infarction accident. Conclusions :stent placement is an effective,safe methods to treat carotid stenosis.it can effectively prevent the occur of ischemic stroke. treatment of carotid stenosis, effectively preventing the ischemic stroke.
