银杏叶提取物治疗非动脉炎性前部缺血性视神经病变的疗效观察

Objective:We conducted a pilot clinical trial to determine the efficacy of Ginkgo biloba extract (BGE) in promoting visual recovery in eyes with nonarteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy( NAION). Meth-ods:This prospective clinical trial involved 110 cases (112 eyes)with NAION in the edema stage. All patients were given corticosteroid combined with vasodilator therapy, and randomly divided into two groups: Danshen solution group (control group) and GBE group. All of the patients after 14 days of treatment were observed its therapeutic effects. Results: There were statistically significant difference in efficacy between GBE group and control group (P ＜0. 05). Conclusion: The study found significant improvement among subjects receiving GBE despite visual loss from nonarteritic anterior ischemic neuropathy. GBE is effective on prevention of NAION optic nerve injury.%目的:观察银杏叶提取物对非动脉炎性前部缺血性视神经病变(NAION)的治疗效果.方法:NAION患者110例(112只眼),均在水肿期,所有患者均予激素冲击联合微血管扩张剂治疗.以微血管扩张剂的不同将患者随机分为银杏叶提取物治疗组和丹参液治疗组(对照组).丹参液组64例,64只眼;银杏叶提取物组46例,48只眼.治疗14d为1疗程.结果:银杏叶提取物组治疗有效32只眼,有效率66.7%;对照组治疗有效30只眼,有效率46.9%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:银杏叶提取物在治疗非动脉炎性前部缺血性视神经病变水肿期上有明显的疗效,并对非动脉炎性前部缺血性视神经病变造成的视神经损害有一定的保护作用.
