目的:探讨子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫肌腺病的临床疗效.方法:对30例根据临床症状、彩色超声或磁共振成像检查诊断为子宫腺肌病的患者,用Seldinger方法完成子宫动脉超选择性插管造影,行聚乙烯醇(PVA)微球颗粒(直径350～560μm)栓塞治疗.术后观察月经量、痛经程度、子宫体积及性激素水平等变化.结果:治疗后平均观察(16±4)个月经周期,临床症状缓解率96%,治疗后月经量、痛经分级及子宫体积较治疗前均有明显改变(P＜0.05),而性激素水平在治疗前后无明显改变(P＞0.05).结论:子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫腺肌症近期疗效显著,安全性好,对卵巢功能无明显影响.%Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effects of uterine arterital embolization (UAE) in treatment of Adenomyosis .Methods :Total 30 patients enrolled in the trial with Adenomyosis diagnosed on the clinical symptoms , and ultrasound or magnetic resonance imaging , were studied by treatment super-selective uterine artery catheterization of PVA microsphere gelatin (diameter 350-560um) embolization using the Seldinger method .We observed in amount of bleeding , degree of dysmenorrhea , uterine volume , and sex hormone levels changes .Results :Observed for the (16±4) menstrual cycle , clinical remission rate was 96% , and the amount of bleeding , degree of dysmenorrhea, uterine volume significantly changed after treatment (P<0 .05 ),while no didffererces was found in levels of sex hormones (P>0 .05 ) .Conclusion :Uterine artery embolization for adenomyosis shows significant and safe therapeutic effect,without adverse effect on ovarian function.
