Objective:To investigate the treatment of skin keloid with the radioactive strontium 90 combine operation clinical efficacy together .Methods :1086 sites of keloids in 336 patients were divided into two groups :control group , treated only with β radiation (n=75 ,s=210) ;treatment group ,withβ radiation after surgical excision (n=261 ,s=876 ) ,they were followed up for two years .Treatment were started in the 24 hours after surgery .Results treatment group :261 patients with 876 keloid skin lesions ,708 were cured ,the cure rate was 80 .82% ( 708/ 876 ) ,efficiency was 91 .67% ( 803 /876 ) .control group :75 patients with 210 keloid skin lesions ,141 were cured ,the cure rate was 67.14% ( 141/210) ,efficiency was 82.38% ( 173 /210).There were significant difference efficiency and cure rate between the two groups .The recurrence rate of shoulder and back was 20 .51% (32/156), The other parts was 7 .6% (8/105) .There ware significant different recurrence rate in the shoulder and back between the other parts .The recurrence rate in shoulder and back was the highest .Conclusion :The radioactive strontium 90 combined with operation is an effective method of skin keloids .It has application and popularization .%目的:探讨放射性90锶敷贴联合手术治疗皮肤瘢痕疙瘩的临床疗效.方法:对321例1086处瘢痕病变分别采用单纯放射性90锶照射治疗(对照组,75例,210处)和放射性90锶联合手术治疗(治疗组,246例,876处),并随访2～4年观察疗效.结果:治疗组246例患者876处病灶,其中治愈708处,治愈率80.82% (708/876),有效率91.67%( 803/876).对照组75例患者210处病灶,其中治愈141处,治愈率67.14% ( 141/210),有效率82.38% ( 173 /210).两组治愈率、有效率比较有统计学差异.肩背部复发率20.51%(32/156),其他部位复发率7.60%(8/105),肩背部和其他部位复发率有统计学差异,肩背部复发率最高.结论:放射性90锶联合手术治疗瘢痕疙瘩是一种效果较好的方法,具有应用和推广的价值.
