非霍奇金淋巴瘤组织中M2型巨噬细胞和调节性T细胞含量与其临床特点的关系

摘要

目的：研究非霍奇金淋巴瘤（NHL）组织中M2型巨噬细胞和调节性T细胞含量与临床特点的关系。方法：对84例经临床及病理确诊的NHL患者采用免疫组化法检测Foxp3和CD163在NHL肿瘤组织中的表达情况，分析Foxp3和CD163阳性细胞绝对数和NHL分期、乳酸脱氢酶水平、是否结外受侵和国际预后指数（IPI）之间的关系。结果：Foxp3和CD163阳性细胞绝对数升高与不同的NHL分期、乳酸脱氢酶水平、是否结外受侵和IPI之间有关。结论：临床上可以通过联合检测NHL患者病理组织中Foxp3和CD163水平监测疾病的发展状况。%Objective :To study the Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma(NHL) in the organization type M2 macro-phages and regulatory T cells in relationship with the prognosis of patients .Methods:A retrospective analysis of 84 patients with NHL pathologic ,clinical and follow-up data ,using the immunohistochemical method ,to detect ex-pression of Foxp3 and CD163 in NHL tumor tissue .The absolute analysis Foxp3 positive cells and NHL stage and lac-tate dehydrogenase levels ,whether outside invaded the relationship between the international prognostic index .Re-sults :The absolute levels and different NHL Foxp3 and CD163 positive cells in installment ,lactate dehydrogenase levels ,whether "invaded and international prognostic index between the outside .Foxp3 and CD163 high expression of patients with NHL stage (P <0 .05) ,lactate dehydrogenase levels (P <0 .05) ,whether the knot invaded (P <0 . 05) and the international prognostic index (P <0 .05) .Conclusion:Clinical can through joint detection Foxp3 and CD163 levels in patients with NHL histopathologic evaluation of the prognosis of patients .
