血清NT-proBNP，hs-CTnT与不稳定型心绞痛的关系

摘要

Objective :To observe the relationship between NT‐proBNP ,hs‐CTnT and unstable angina pectoris .Methods :162 cases of CHD patients divided into 2 groups .76 cases in SAP group and 86 cases in UAP group .Assay surme NT‐proBNP ,hs‐CTnT .Observed adverse cardiovascular events incidence in 6 months .Re‐sults :NT‐proBNP and hs‐CTnT in UAP group was significantly increased ( P < 0 .05 ) compared with control group .High rates of cardiovascular adverse events occurred during the follow‐up in UAP group .Conclusion :NT‐proBNP ,hs‐CTnT can be used as an indicator of the prediction in disease progression and prognosis ,the higher NT‐proBNP and hs‐CTnT ,the more severe disease .%目的：探讨血清 NT‐proBNP ，hs‐CTnT 与不稳定型心绞痛的关系。方法：将162例心绞痛患者按病情分为稳定性心绞痛（SAP）组（研究组）76例和不稳定性心绞痛（UAP）组（对照组）86例，研究血清 NT‐proBNP ，hs‐CTnT 与病情程度的相关性，进行为期6个月的随访，观察心血管不良事件的发生率。结果：研究组患者血清 NT‐proBNP ，hs‐CTnT 较对照组明显升高（P ＜0．01）。血清 NT‐proBNP ，hs‐CTnT 升高组随访期间心血管不良事件发生率高（P ＜0．05）。结论：血清NT‐proBNP ，hs‐CTnT 可以作为预测疾病进展和预后的有效指标，血清 NT‐proBNP ，hs‐CTnT 越高，则病情越重，心血管不良事件发生率也越高。
