阿仑磷酸钠与阿法骨化醇胶丸联合用药治疗绝经后骨质疏松症疗效观察

摘要

Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of alendronate and alfacalcidol used together on the treatment of primary osteoporosis in postmenopausal women .Methods :A randomized and controlled trial was performed ,and the observation period lasted for 1 year .A total of 129 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups .Sixty‐four patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis received alendronate plus+ alfacalcidol orally + cal‐trate D through the mouth .The changes of bone mineral density and renal function were detected before and after the treatment .The occurrence of fractures and adverse reactions was also observed .In contrast ,Sixty‐five patients in control group received oral medication of alfacalcidol orally + caltrate D through the mouth only .Results :In patients received the mouth of alendronate ,bone mineral density of the lumbar vertebrae (L2‐4 ) significantly than that in control group .The pain relieved obviously .No damage of renal function was observed .No fractures of the lumbar vertebrae in patients .Conclusion:alendronate plus is effective and safe in the treatment of primary osteoporosis in postmenopausal women .alendronate plus can decrease the risk of fractures .The longterm curative effect needs fur‐ther follow‐up study .%目的：观察阿仑磷酸钠与阿法骨化醇胶丸联合用药治疗绝经后妇女原发性骨质疏松症的有效性和安全性。方法：采用随机对照研究，将129例患者随机分为两组，64例原发性骨质疏松症妇女口服阿仑磷酸钠片加阿法骨化醇胶丸加钙尔奇D片联合用药口服。对照组65例，只口服阿法骨化醇胶丸加钙尔奇D片。并通过骨密度仪记录治疗前后骨密度及肾功能的变化、骨折事件发生及不良反应。结果：联合用药组治疗后患者腰椎（L2‐4）骨密度较对照组明显提高，疼痛较前明显缓解，肾功能无损害，联合用药组患者无1例腰椎骨折发生。结论：阿仑磷酸钠对绝经后妇女骨质疏松症的治疗安全有效，能够降低骨折的风险，其长期疗效需进一步随访研究。
