Objective :To study the analysis of disease cause and effects of full crown after root canal ther‐apy on cracked teeth ,to provide a reasonable basis for the clinical treatment of cracked teeth .Methods :150 teeth of 150 patients diagnosed with cracked teeth in January 2010 to December 2014 in our hospital were all selected for the study ,all teeth were given full crown afeter root canal treatment ,rthe pain ,efficacy and fails teeth were analyzed af‐ter restoration situation .Results :150 teeth got 109 teeth successful ,a percentage of 72 .67% ;27 teeth improved ,a percentage of 18 .00% and 14 teeth fails ,a percentage of 9 .33% ;the teeth od pain 1 and pain 2 were 122 ,18 stars , percentages were 81 .33% ,12 .00% ,the reaction of pain teeth was 10 stars ,the percentage of 6 .67% ;the reasons 14 patients failed to repair teeth chewing dysfunction ,pain significantly appears fistula within the oral cavity .Conclu‐sions The etiology of cracked teeth is diverse ,full crown after root canal therapy on cracked teeth has a good effect , high success rate ,and very few patients have pain response ,it is recommended to promote the use in clinical treat‐ment .%目的：分析根管治疗后行全冠修复牙隐裂的效果及其病因，以期为临床治疗牙隐裂提供合理依据。方法：选择确诊为牙隐裂的150例患者150颗牙隐裂患牙为研究对象，对所有患牙进行根管治疗后行全冠修复，对修复后的痛感和疗效进行评价，分析失败患牙情况。结果：150颗患牙中，109颗患牙修复成功，百分比为72．67％；27颗患牙病情得到改善，百分比为18．00％；14颗患牙修复失败，百分比为9．33％；1级疼痛与2级疼痛的患牙分别为122、18颗，百分比分别为81．33％、12．00％，有疼痛反应的患牙为10颗，百分比为6．67％；14颗患牙修复失败的原因是患者咀嚼功能障碍，痛感明显，口腔内出现窦道。结论：牙隐裂的病因多样化，采用根管治疗后行全冠修复疗效良好，成功率高，极少患者有疼痛反应。
