牙周翻瓣术和龈下刮治术对牙周病治疗效果对比观察

摘要

Objective: To observe comparison periodontal flap operation and periodontal scraping techniques curative effect in patients with periodontal disease.Methods: Clinical data of 96 patients with single teeth periodontal disease were selected, 50 cases were treated with periodontal flap surgery as A group, and 46 cases were treated with twice subgingival curettage as group B.After treatment 1 month and 3 months, attachment loss (AL), periodontal probing depth (PD), gingival sulcus bleeding index (SBI), plaque index (PLI) and clinical indexes were observed in the two groups, and crescent slot bone resorption were contrasted after treatment of 3 months.Results: After treatment for 3 months, 2 groups of patients with PD and AL, SBI, PLI index levels compared with 1 month after treatment there were significant differences (P< 0.05);Group comparison between 1 month and 3 months after treatment the index level no obvious difference (P>0.05);Group A post-operative alveolar bone absorption rate of 82.00% compared with 80.43% in group B, no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:Subgingival scaling for the treatment of periodontal flap operation the curative effect of patients with periodontal disease,Subgingival scaling from simple operation, more conducive to clinical application.%目的:对比观察牙周翻瓣术和龈下刮治术在牙周病患者中的疗效.方法:收集单颗牙周病患者96例,其中50例采用牙周翻瓣术治疗(A组),46例采用二次龈下刮治术治疗(B组).观察两组治疗后1个月及3个月附着丧失(AL)、牙周探诊深度(PD)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、菌斑指数(PLI)等临床指标情况,对比治疗后3个月牙槽骨吸收情况.结果:两组患者治疗后3个月PD、AL、SBI及PLI指标水平与治疗后1个月相比均存在统计学差异(P<0.05);组间对比治疗后1个月及3个月各指标水平无明显统计学差异(P>0.05);A组术后牙槽骨吸收率82.00%与B组80.43%相比差异无明显统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:采用龈下刮治术、牙周翻瓣术治疗牙周病患者的疗效相当,龈下刮治术操作简便损伤小.
