关节镜手术与药物治疗痛风性关节炎40例对比研究

摘要

目的:探讨关节镜手术治疗痛风性关节炎的临床疗效.方法:将痛风性踝关节炎患者40例随机分为两组,观察组20例采用关节镜手术方式治疗,对照组20例采用传统药物治疗.比较两组患者的治疗效果、疾病复发率及治疗前后关节囊肿胀、踝关节背伸、跖屈活动度及AOFAS踝与后足评分差异.结果:观察组临床有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05).比较两组患者平均治疗天数、1年后疾病复发率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组患者治疗前后关节囊肿胀、踝关节背伸、跖屈活动度及AOFAS踝与后足评分比较显示差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:采用关节镜手术用于痛风性关节炎的诊治具有较好的治疗效果,且复发率低.%Objective:To investigate arthroscopic surgery for diagnosis and treatment of gouty arthritis.Methods:40 ankle arthritis patients were randomly divided into experimental group (20) and control group (20).The experimental group were treated with arthroscopic surgical treatment and the control group were treated by traditional drug.Clinical outcomes of patients before and after treatment relapse rate and joint capsule swelling, ankle dorsiflexion, plantar flexion activity and AOFAS ankle and full score differences would be compared.Results:The clinical effective rate of the two group were statistically significant differences (P<0.05).The average day of treatment and the recurrence rate between the two groups were statistically significant differences (P<0.05).The ankle joint and dorsiflexion of the ankle joint, the plantar flexion activity and the ankle and hindfoot scores of AOFAS were significantly different between the two groups before and after treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion:Description arthroscopic surgery for diagnosis and treatment of gouty arthritis have a better therapeutic effect, and the recurrence rate, clinical can be widely used.
