3MP90粘结系统与精氨酸牙膏治疗牙本质过敏症疗效观察

摘要

目的:观察评价3M P90粘结系统与精氨酸牙膏对比治疗牙本质过敏症的疗效.方法:将120例牙本质过敏症患者随机分为3M P90组、精氨酸组和对照组各40例,3M P90组患者3M P90粘结系统进行脱敏治疗,精氨酸组采用8% 精氨酸抗敏牙膏,对照组采用0.9% 氯化钠溶液涂擦敏感牙面作为安慰剂进行治疗.观察比较三组患者治疗前、治疗后1月、2月、3月的治疗效果和压力阈值、可视疼痛评分(VAS)以及Schiff冷空气敏感指数等牙本质过敏指标.结果:3MP90组和精氨酸组各项指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);3M P90组治疗后2、3月总有效率分别为90.0%、85.0%,分别高于精氨酸组的70.0%、65.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);3M P90组治疗后2月、3月压力阈值高于精氨酸组(P<0.05),治疗后3月的VAS评分、Schiff指数均分别低于精氨酸组(P<0.05),两组治疗后1月的VAS评分、Schiff指数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05).结论:3M P90和精氨酸对牙本质过敏症均有治疗效果,但与精氨酸抗敏牙膏相比,3M P90粘结系统的临床效果更为显著,长期疗效更优.%Objective:To observe and evaluate the efficacy of comparison between 3MP90 bonding system and arginine toothpaste on dental hypersensitiveness.Methods:120 patients with dental hypersensitiveness were randomly divided into 3MP90 group,arginine group and control group with 40 cases in each,3MP90 group was giv-en 3MP90 bonding system in desensitization treatment,arginine group was given 8% arginine toothpaste while the patients of control group were treated with 0.9% sodium chloride solution to rub sensitive tooth surface as a placebo reference.Observed and compared the efficacy and hypersensitivity indicators such as pressure threshold,visual ana-logue scale(VAS)and Schiff cold air sensitivity index before the treatment and 1,2,3 months after treatment.Re-sults:The indexes of 3MP90 group and arginine group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The effective rates 2 and 3 months after treatment of 3MP90 group were 90.0% and 85.0%,higher than 70.0% and 65.0% of arginine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).The pressure threshold of 3MP90 group 2 and 3 months after treatment was higher than that of arginine group(P<0.05).The VAS score and Schiff index 3 months after treatment of 3MP90 group were lower than those of the arginine group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between two groups 1 month after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:3M P90 and arginine have therapeutic effect on dental hypersensitiveness,but the clinical effect of 3M P90 bonding system is more remarkable than that of arginine anti-hypersensitiveness toothpaste.The long-term effect of 3MP90 is better and it is worthy of clinical application.
