血清生长素水平与老年冠心病患者主要不良心脏事件相关性研究

摘要

Objective:To investigate the relationship between serum ghrelin level and major adverse cardiac e-vents(MACE)in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:120 elderly patients with coronary heart disease were selected as the observation group,while another 120 healthy people were selected as the control group. The correlation between serum ghrelin level and MACE in elderly patients with coronary heart disease was deter-mined and analyzed.Results:Compared with the observation group,the level of Ghrelin was significantly lower than the control group,and which does the same result between patients with multiple coronary artery stenosis and one coronary artery stenosis,all the above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group, there were 37 cases of MACE,compared with patients without MACE,there were significant differences in age, high density cholesterol(HDL-C),LVEF,LVEDD and Ghrelin levels(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the number of coronary stenosis was an independent risk factor for MACE in elderly patients with coronary heart disease(P<0.05),while HDL-C,LVEF and Ghrelin were the protective factors of MACE(P<0.05).Conclusion:In elderly patients with coronary heart disease,the serum Ghrelin level was an independent protective factor of MACE,the level of which may reduce the occurrence of MACE risk.%目的:探讨血清生长素(Ghrelin)水平与老年冠心病患者发生主要不良心脏事件(M ACE)的关系.方法:选取老年冠心病患者120例为观察组,同时选取120例行身体健康检查的相应健康人士为对照组,测定并分析血清生长素(Ghrelin)水平与老年冠心病患者M ACE的相关性.结果:观察组血清Ghrelin水平明显低于对照组,多支冠脉狭窄冠心病患者血清Ghrelin水平明显低于单支冠脉狭窄患者,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组共出现M ACE 37例,和未出现MACE患者比较,患者年龄、高密度胆固醇(HDL-C)、LVEF、LVEDD和Ghrelin水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析显示,冠脉狭窄支数是老年冠心病患者M ACE的独立危险因素(P<0.05),而HDL-C、LVEF和Ghrelin则是MACE的保护因素(P<0.05).结论:老年冠心病患者血清Ghrelin水平是M ACE的独立保护因素,其水平的降低可提示M ACE的发生风险.
