CEA、AFP、CA-199和CA72-4联合检测在食管癌诊断中的价值

Objective:To evaluate the tumor markers CEA ,AFP ,CA-199 and CA724 four indicators com-bined test value to the diagnosis of esophageal cancer .Methods:95 cases of esophageal cancer in hospital as observa-tion group ,at the same time ,choose the 60 cases of healthy physical examination for the same period as the control group .Using automatic electrochemical luminescence immunity analyzer to test the two groups of four indicators , the data obtained by SPSS17 .0 statistical software for statistical analysis .Results :A group of patients with esopha-geal cancer CEA ,CA-199 and CA72-4 serum concentration increased significantly (P< 0 .05) .Four indicators com-bined detect abnormal rate significantly higher than the single parameter detection rate of abnormal (P< 0 .01) .E-sophageal cancer through group CA724 levels increased significantly in the recurrence after esophagectomy group (P< 0 .05) .Conclusion:The combined detection of CEA and AFP ,CA-199 and CA72-4 is of great significance to the diagnosis of esophageal cancer .%目的:探讨肿瘤标志物CEA、AFP、CA-199和CA72-4四项指标联合检测在食管癌诊断中的价值.方法:选择食管癌患者95例作为观察组,同时选择同期健康体检者60例作为对照组.采用全自动电化学发光免疫分析仪对两组CEA、AFP、CA-199和CA72-4四项指标进行检测,分析联合检测在食管癌中的诊断价值.结果:食管癌患者组CEA,CA-199和CA72-4血清浓度明显升高(P<0.05),四项指标联合检测异常率明显高于单项指标检测异常率(P<0.01).食管癌术后复发组CA72-4浓度水平较食管癌初诊组明显升高(P<0.05).结论:联合检测CEA、AFP、CA-199和CA72-4对食管癌的诊断具有重要意义.
