腰痛宁胶囊联合归元筋骨宁湿敷剂治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床研究

摘要

Objective :To investigate the curative effect of Yaotongning capsule combined with Guiyuan Jin-guning moisturizer on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation (LDH).Methods :The 90 LDH patients meeting the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups .The control group was treated with Yaotongning capsule alone .The experimental group was treated with Yaotongning capsule and Guiyuan Jinguning moisturizer .After treatment ,the onset time at resting and active state was compared between the two groups ,and the clinical efficacy of analgesia was compared between two groups .The scores of VAS ,JOA and ODI were compared before and after treatment for 2 weeks and 4 weeks in two groups .The serological indicators were determined in two groups .Results :After treat-ment ,the total effective rate in the experimental group was 95 .56%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group (80 .00%,P＜0 .05).Compared with the control group ,the onset time of analgesia under resting and active state was significantly shortened in the experimental group (P＜0 .05).With the prolonged treatment time , the scores of VAS and ODI scores in both groups were significantly decreased ,and JOA scores were significantly in-creased(P＜0 .05).The serum levels of MCP-1 ,PGE-2 ,IL-1 and IL-6 were significantly decreased (P＜ 0 .05). However ,compared with the control group ,the scores of VAS ,ODI and four serological indicators in the experi-mental group decreased more significantly ,and the scores of JOA increased more significantly (P＜0 .05).Conclu-sion :The combination of Yaotongning capsule and Guiyuan Jinguning moisturizer is very good for the treatment of LDH ,which can better improve the clinical symptoms of patients ,relieve pain quickly ,improve lumbar function and the quality of life of patients .%目的:探讨腰痛宁胶囊联合归元筋骨宁湿敷剂治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LD H )的疗效.方法:将符合纳入标准的90例LD H患者均分为两组,对照组单独使用腰痛宁胶囊治疗;观察组采用腰痛宁胶囊与归元筋骨宁湿敷剂联合方式进行治疗.治疗后对比两组静息和活动状态下止痛起效时间及临床有效率;比较两组治疗前及治疗2周、4周时疼痛VAS评分、JOA 及ODI评分变化情况;测定两组血清学指标.结果:治疗后,观察组临床总有效率为95 .56%,明显高于对照组(80 . 00%,P＜0.05).对照组、观察组者静息及活动状态下止痛起效时间均明显缩短(P＜0 .05).随着用药时间延长,两组静息及活动状态下疼痛VAS评分及ODI评分均明显下降,JOA评分均明显提高(P＜0 .05) ,血清指标MCP-1 、PGE-2 、IL-1及IL-6水平均明显下降( P＜0 .05) ;但观察组疼痛VAS评分及ODI功能评分及4项血清学指标下降更明显,JOA 评分升高更明显(P＜0 .05).结论:腰痛宁胶囊与归元筋骨宁湿敷剂联合治疗LD H收益甚好,可更好的改善患者临床症状,快速缓解疼痛,改善患者腰椎功能,提高患者生活质量.
