Objective :To observe the effect of Wengyang Buxin decoction on left ventriular and on the blood lever of B‐ type natriuretic peptide ,and to confer an axiom of Wengyang Buxin decoction .Method :The 60 cases of chronic heart failure of Ⅱ ‐ Ⅳ degree of cardiac Function were randomized into treatment group and contral group .The control group was treated with the standard plan for heart failure and the treatment group with standard plan plus the Wengyang Buxin decoction .The period of treatment was 1 months .Before and after treatment ,the patients were examined under ultrasound waves to determined left ventricular ejective fraction ,and measure blood lever of B‐type natriuretic peptide .Re‐sults :After treatment ,the syndrome ,signal and cordial function of all patients were better than pre‐treatment .And obser‐vation group was better than the patients in contral group .Post‐treatment ,the LVEF of all patients were significant im‐proved ,but the LVEF of observation group was better than that in the LVEF of contral group (P< 0 .05) .And the blood lever of B‐type natriuretic peptide was significant difference between the two group .Conclusion :Wengyang Buxin decoction can recover cordial function ,enhance LVEF ,decreace the blood lever of B‐ type natriuretic peptide .So ,it is a safe and ef‐fective decoction for congestive heart failure patients .%目的：观察温阳补心汤对慢性充血性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效并对左室射血分数（LVEF）和血浆脑利钠肽（BNP）的影响，进一步探讨本方的作用机制。方法：将门诊或住院收缩性心力衰竭患者60例随机分为两组，两组均予西医基础治疗，治疗组加用温阳补心汤。疗程为1月，两组治疗前后均予超声心动图检查以确定射血分数，并用免疫发光法测定 BNP 水平。结果：两组治疗后，症状、体征、心功能均优于治疗前，治疗前后经处理，有统计学意义。治疗后 LVEF 、BNP 水平，两组明显改善，与对照组比较，具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论：温阳补心汤能改善收缩性心力衰竭患者临床症状，提高左心功能；并能降低血浆 BNP 的水平，从而发挥抑制心肌重构的作用，是治疗充血性心力衰竭的安全有效方剂。
