坤复康胶囊对慢性盆腔炎大鼠 VEGF 、NO 的影响

摘要

Objective :To investigate the Kunfukang capsule in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease (sequelae of pelvicinflammatory disease ) effect and its mechanism .Methods :By “mixed bacterial suspension”made in rats model of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease ,and were randomly divided into blank group ,model group , Kunfukang high dose group ,Kunfukang low dose group ,Fuyankang group .The VEGF was detected by immunohisto‐chemical staining ;NO content was determined by fluorescence spectrophotometry .Results :VEGF in model group ,the content of NO were significantly higher than those in other groups (P < 0 .05) ;Kunfukang high dose group ,VEGF con‐tent and Fuyankang group compared with significant difference (P < 0 .05) ;Kunfukang high ,low dose group and NO content in Fuyankang group were significantly different (P < 0 .05) .Conclusion :Kunfukang Capsule in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can reduce the content of rat uterine tissue VEGF and NO ,can reduce the adhesion of pelvic tissue ,eliminate chronic pelvic inflammatory symptoms and thus play a role in the treatment .%目的：探讨坤复康胶囊治疗慢性盆腔炎（盆腔炎性疾病后遗症）的作用及其机理。方法：采用“混合细菌悬液法”造慢性盆腔炎大鼠模型，并随机分为空白组，模型组，坤复康高剂量组、坤复康低剂量组、妇炎康组。采用免疫组化法测定 VEGF ；采用荧光分光度法测定 NO 含量。结果：模型组 VEGF 、NO 含量明显高于其他各组（P ＜0．05）；坤复康高剂量组 VEGF含量和妇炎康组比较有明显差异（P＜0．05）；坤复康高、低剂量组 NO 含量和妇炎康组比较有明显差异（P＜0．05）。结论：坤复康胶囊治疗慢性盆腔炎可以降低大鼠子宫组织 VEGF 、NO 的含量，可以减轻盆腔组织粘连，消除慢性盆腔炎症状从而发挥治疗作用。
