美诺平颗粒联合乌灵胶囊治疗痤疮的临床效果及对生活质量的影响

摘要

Objective :To study the Clinical treatment efficacy of Meinuoping particles combined with Wuling Capsule to acne patients and life quality of patients before and after treatment .Methods:96 cases acne patients in were studied .They were divided into the control group and the observation group with the order of admission ,48 cases each . The control group was treated by eating Wuling Capsule .And the observation group was treated with Meinuoping parti‐cles on the basis of the control group .Analyzed the life quality of the two groups by the Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI) Quality of Life Scale before and after treatment ,and analyzed the therapeutic effect of the two groups and adverse reactions in treatment .Results:The observation group total effective rate was significantly higher than the control group (P<0 .05) .Adverse reactions of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0 .05) .Two groups of patients after treatment DLQI total score had declined ,and the observation group DLQI total score decreased more significantly ,and had a significant difference between the two groups (P<0 .05) .Conclusion :Meinuoping particles combined with Wuling Capsule treating to acne patients is good ,and can improve the quality of life patients with acne .%目的：研究美诺平颗粒联合乌灵胶囊对痤疮患者的临床治疗效果及患者治疗前后的生活质量。方法：选取痤疮患者96例作为研究对象，按入院顺序分为对照组和治疗组，各48例。对照组口服乌灵胶囊治疗；治疗组则在对照组的基础上口服美诺平颗粒。两组患者治疗前后均用皮肤病生活质量指数（DLQI）量表进行生活质量调查，并调查分析两组患者治疗中不良反应情况，评定治疗总有效率。结果：治疗组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组（P＜0．05）。治疗组在治疗中的不良反应情况明显优于对照组（P＜0．05）。两组患者治疗后DLQI总分均有所下降，且治疗组DLQI总分下降更为明显（P＜0．05）。结论：美诺平颗粒联合乌灵胶囊对痤疮患者治疗效果良好，且可以改善痤疮患者的生活质量。
