当归四逆汤对糖尿病周围神经病变患者震动感觉阈值的影响

摘要

Objective:To observe the effects of Danggui Sini decoction on vibration threshold (VPT ) of dia‐betic peripheral neuropathy(DPN) .Methods :Sixty DPN patients were divided into treatment group and control group in random .Both groups were treated with Methycobal pills at the base of treatment ,and the treatment group was treated with Danggui Sini decoction at the same time .After 4 weeks treatment ,the total curative effects ,scores of Toronoto clin‐ical scoring system (TCSS) and VPT were observed .Results :The total curative effects and scores of TCSS of treatment group were better than comparing group .The improvement of VPT in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group after treatment .Conclusion :Danggui Sini decoction possesses significant clinical effect of totel cura‐tive effects and VPT on DPN patients .%目的：观察当归四逆汤对糖尿病周围神经病变患者震动感觉阈值的影响。方法：将糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为对照组（30例）与观察组（30例），两组均采用弥可保作为基础治疗，观察组加用当归四逆汤治疗。治疗4周后，观察并比较两组的总体疗效、多伦多临床评分系统评分、震动感觉阈值的改善情况。结果：观察组总有效率显著高于对照组，且其多伦多临床评分系统评分、震动感觉阈值较对照组有明显改善作用。结论：当归四逆汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变有较好的疗效，对糖尿病患者的震动感觉阈值有明显改善。
