丹红注射液在糖尿病合并脑梗死患者中的疗效研究

摘要

目的:探究丹红注射液在糖尿病合并脑梗死患者中的临床应用效果.方法:选取94例糖尿病联合脑梗死患者,按照随机数表法将患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组患者各47例.在常规西医治疗的基础上对照组患者给予丹参注射液进行治疗,治疗组患者给予丹红注射液进行治疗, 3周为1个疗程,在治疗前后分别对患者的临床疗效、神经功能缺损程度以及血流变学指标进行评定.结果:本研究显示对照组无效患者为9例,总有效率为80 .85%,治疗组无效例数为2例,总有效率为95 .74%,差异比较有统计学意义( P＜0 .05 ) ;治疗前治疗组为23 .02 ± 5 .93分,对照组为23 .41 ± 6 .51分,差异比较无统计学意义( P＞0 .05) ,治疗后对照组评分为13 .84 ± 5 .70分,治疗组为9 .03 ± 4 .49分,差异比较有统计学意义( P＜0 .05) ;治疗组患者中血粘度、全血比黏度、红细胞聚集指数以及纤维蛋白原的指标均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0 .05).结论:丹红注射液能有效治疗糖尿病合并脑梗死疾病,能够改善血液循环、防止血栓形成,对神经功能缺损的治疗也有良好效果.%Objective :To investigate the clinical effect of Danhong injection in diabetic patients with cerebral infarction .Methods :Ninety-four patients with diabetes mellitus and cerebral infarction were selected and divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method ,with 47 patients in each group .On the basis of routine western medicine treatment ,patients in the control group were treated with Salvia miltiorrhiza injection .Patients in the treatment group were treated with Danhong injection for three weeks for one course of treatment .The clinical efficacy ,degree of neurological deficits ,and blood Rheological indicators were assessed .Re-sults :The study showed that the control group of patients with ineffective in 9 cases ,the total effective rate was 80 . 85%,the treatment group ,the number of invalid cases in 2 cases ,the total effective rate was 95 .74%,the differ-ence was statistically significant (P＜0 .05) ;before treatment The treatment group was 23 .02 ± 5 .93 points ,the control group was 23 .41 ± 6 .51 points ,the difference was not statistically significant (P＞0 .05) ,after treatment , the control group score was 13 .84 ± 5 .70 points ,the treatment group was 9 .03 ± 4 .49 points ,the difference was (P＜0 .05) .The blood viscosity ,whole blood viscosity ,erythrocyte aggregation index and fibrinogen index in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group ,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0 .05) . Conclusion :Danhong injection can effectively treat diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction ,improve blood circulation and prevent thrombosis ,and also have a good effect on the treatment of neurological deficits .
