炙甘草汤的理论梳理及其治疗病毒性心肌炎的研究进展

摘要

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Zhigancao decoction on viral myocarditis.Meth-od:Briefly review on the the indications,composition and decoction of Zhigancao decoction recorded in"Discussion of Cold-Induced Disorders",as well as the application of Zhigancao decoction on viral myocarditis in fundamental and clinical research literature in recent 10 years.Results:The initial indications of Zhigancao decoction is for the symp-tom "knotted pulse,heart palpitations"in the advanced stage of cold-induced disorder,which in lines with the un-derstanding on viral myocarditis of modern medicine.Experimental studies confirmed that Zhigancao decoction has the antiviral effect,protective effect of myocardial cells and anti-arrhythmic effects,while in the clinical treatment it is main-ly used for recovery of viral myocarditis with Yin and Yang,Qi and blood deficiency pattern,and its curative effect in com-bined with western medicine was better than western medicine group with no adverse reaction and safety.%目的:探讨炙甘草汤对病毒性心肌炎的治疗效果.方法:简要梳理《伤寒论》炙甘草汤方的适应症、组方及煎煮法;并综述近10年来应用炙甘草汤治疗病毒性心肌炎的基础与临床研究文献.结果:炙甘草汤最初的适应症为伤寒后"脉结代,心动悸",与现代医学对病毒性心肌炎的认识较为符合;实验研究证实炙甘草汤具有抗病毒作用、心肌细胞保护作用以及抗心律失常作用;在临床治疗中,炙甘草汤主要用于病毒性心肌炎的恢复期符合气血阴阳俱虚证者,其在与西药联合应用时疗效明显优于单纯西药组,并且安全无不良反应.
