皮内针结合手法训练治疗脑性瘫痪临床研究

摘要

目的:探究皮内针结合手法训练治疗脑性瘫痪临床疗效.方法:选取90例脑瘫患儿,按照随机数表法分为皮内针组和传统针灸组.在治疗前对两组患儿进行评定,确定两组患儿的病情无较大差异.对传统针灸组实施传统针灸结合手法训练的治疗方案,对皮内针组实施皮内针结合手法训练的治疗方案,在研究结束后对两组患儿进行粗大运动功能评定,比较两组患儿的评定结果.结果:皮内针组患儿卧位和翻身功能评分为(34.68±12.26)分,高于针灸组患儿的(31.49±9.47)分(P<0.05);皮内针组患儿坐功能评分为(50.71±7.63)分,高于针灸组患儿的(49.49±7.42)分(P<0.05);皮内针组患儿爬和跪功能评分为(30.78±9.35)分,高于针灸组患儿的(28.02±8.67)分(P<0.05);皮内针组患儿站功能评分为(26.46±7.83)分,高于针灸组患儿的(23.02±8.24)分(P<0.05);皮内针组患儿走、跑和跳功能评分为(32.64±9.71)分,高于针灸组患儿的(21.33±7.24)分(P<0.05).结论:皮内针结合手法训练治疗脑性瘫痪的临床疗效要优于传统针灸结合手法训练的临床疗效,值得临床应用.%Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of intradermal needle combination therapy in the treatment of cerebral palsy.Methods:Ninety patients with cerebral palsy were divided into intradermal group and traditional acupuncture group according to the random number table method.Before treatment,the two groups of children were assessed to determine the two groups of children without major differences in the disease.The tradi-tional acupuncture and moxibustion group was treated with traditional acupuncture and moxibustion,and the treat-ment plan of intradermal needle combined training was applied to the intradermal needle group.After the study,the rats were divided into two groups The results of the assessment.Results:The scores of recumbent and rollover func-tion were (34.68 ± 12.26)in the pediatric group,which was higher than that in the acupuncture group (31.49 ± 9.47) (P<0.05).The functional score of the pediatric group was ( 50.71 ± 7.63) (P<0.05).The score of climbing and kneeling was( 30.78 ± 9.35 )in children with acupoint group and (28.02 ± 8.67) (P<0.05) in children with acupuncture and moxibustion group (P<0.05) (32.64 ± 9.71),and the scores of the children were significantly higher than those of the acupuncture group (23.62 ± 8.24)(P<0.05).In the acupuncture group (21.33 ± 7.24) (P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of intradermal needle combined with manipulation training in cerebral palsy is superior to that of traditional acupuncture and moxibustion training,and it is worthy of clinical application.
