基于负荷安全域的分布式电源准入功率在线计算

         

摘要

In the light of the problem of exceeding the upper limit of voltage caused by distributed generation connected to distribution network,a method for calculating the penetration capacity based on dynamic load security region is proposed.First,the distribution network is simplified based on improved PMU and Thevenin equivalent model.Then,the boundary domain of the voltage constraint is calculated based on the dynamic load security region theory.Finally,the penetration capacity of the distributed generation penetrating into the network,is analyzed and calculated,with both constant power factor and variable power factor.Moreover,the impacts of different load levels,different locations of the distributed generations and integrating multiple distributed generations on the penetration capacity are analyzed.At the same time,the calculation accuracy of the penetration capacity is improved by the method based on on-line tracking and local linearization analysis.The simulation analysis of IEEE 33-node distribution system shows the validity of the method.%针对分布式电源接入配电网电压越上限的问题,提出了基于动态负荷安全域的准入容量计算方法.首先,基于改进的PMU戴维南等值模型对配电网进行简化.然后,基于动态负荷安全域理论计算电压约束域边界.最后,分析计算分布式电源以恒功率因数及变化功率因数方式接入配电网时的准入功率.并分析了不同负荷水平、分布式电源不同接入位置及多电源接入对准入容量的影响.同时,该方法通过对运行点进行在线跟踪和局部线性化分析,提高了准入功率的计算精度,且满足在线分析要求.通过对IEEE33节点配电系统的仿真分析,验证了该计算方法的有效性.
