500kV天平双线钢化玻璃绝缘子自爆问题分析

             

摘要

钢化玻璃绝缘子自爆严重影响着高压输电线路的正常运行.对所辖2条500 kV同走廊输电线路近年来玻璃绝缘子自爆率进行统计分析,结合钢化玻璃绝缘子的性能特性,分析自爆的原因.结果表明:绝缘子自爆呈现出早期自爆、中期下降、后期上升的规律特点,钢化玻璃绝缘子自爆是由自身质量缺陷、自然环境变化和泄漏电流热效应共同作用的结果.最后提出相应解决措施.%The explosion of toughened glass insulators seriously affect the normal operation of high voltage transmission lines.According to recent statistical analysis of explosion rate occurred on glass insulators of double 500 kV transmission line in same corridor,combined with the performance characteristics of toughened glass insulators,the reasons of explosion is analyzed.The results showed that the insulator explosion has the character of initial occurrence at early stage,decline at medium stage,rising at last stage.The explosion of toughened glass insulators are the interaction result of quality defects by itself,natural environment changes and thermal effects of leakage current.
