在全面了解全国煤炭市场前景和陕西省煤炭市场供需关系，根据“十二五”期间陕西省煤炭产量、销售及利用情况，通过煤炭产量趋势预测、新常态下原煤产量增幅预测、省内外煤炭消费需求预测和能源弹性系数预测，综合考虑煤炭生产能力、生态环境承载能力等，预测“十三五”期间陕西省煤炭产量，对陕西省“十三五”煤炭工业发展具有指导意义。%Based on the analysis of the domestic economic development trend and the supply and demand relation of coal market during the twelfth five-year plan in Shaanxi province , combined with the production capacity of coal mines and the bearing capacity of ecological environment , the coal output during the thirteenth five-year plan in Shaanxi province was fore-casted.The research has a certain guiding significance for coal industry development in Shaanxi province .
