镉胁迫对不同基因型大白菜苗期生长及镉积累的影响

         

摘要

利用实验室营养液水培法,研究了在不同浓度Cd胁迫下5个大白菜品种苗期生长和吸收积累镉的差异.结果表明,在不同浓度Cd胁迫下,各品种地上部鲜重均下降,且显著低于对照;50μmol/L CdCl2处理时,以浙白8号的生长抑制率最低(53.86%).短期较高浓度的Cd胁迫对大白菜地上部干物质积累有促进作用;在不同浓度Cd胁迫下,品种间大白菜地上部镉含量存在显著差异,其中,浙白8号大白菜地上部镉含量较低( 145.1 mg/kg DW,249.7 mg/kg DW).Cd胁迫下各品种大白菜叶绿素含量均下降,在不同Cd浓度下叶绿素a/b变化不同.%A hydroponic experiment was conducted to investigate differences in growth and cadmium(Cd) accumulation in 5 varieties of Chinese cabbage at the seedling stage under different concentrations of Cd stress. The results showed that fresh weight of all varieties decreased under different concentrations of Cd stress, and the fresh weight was significantly lower than that of the control. Moreover, inhibition rate of growth of Zhebai No. 8 was the lowest (53. 86% ) at 50μmol/L CdCl2. High concentration of Cd stress in the short term could promote dry matter accumulation of Chinese cabbage shoot. There were significant differences in cadmium contents of Chinese cabbage shoots among different varieties under different concentrations of Cd stress, in which cadmium contents of cabbage shoots of Zhebai. No. 8 was relative low ( 145. 1 mg/kg DW, 249. 7 mg/kg DW). Chlorophyll content of all varieties of Chinese cabbage decreased under Cd stress,and chlorophyll a/b had different changes in different Cd concentrations.
