The present invention relates to a DNA marker capable of distinguishing genotypes of Chinese cabbage, radish, and their intergeneric hybrid, and uses thereof. When an intergeneric hybrid of Chinese cabbage and radish has a specific phenotype or characteristic through a marker of the present invention, it is possible to determine from which parents it originated at a lower cost and in efficient time, thereby being able to be usefully used for breeding horticultural crops.
